Refund policy

Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days from purchase date. Garments may be returned only once checked by our team and no defects or damages are found. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition it was received. When returning the item, shipping costs will be at the customers expense and will not be refunded to the customer.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or custom orders.

Exchanges

We are able to offer an exchange for your order depending on stock available at that time. Exchanges will only be accepted within a 2 week window from the date of purchasing. The courier costs will be at the customers expense.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will discuss the best steps forward with you and ensure the best possible outcome for the customer.
